With a background in the oil field and as a Certified Power Engineer, Robert brings his extensive skills working in safety, quality control, and proactive preventative maintenance to the Monimos team. During his years working with Syncrude Canada, Robert worked in process operations where they produced in excess of 200,000 barrels of oil per day. Critical path training was essential as the operations were responsible for identifying and exposing potential interdependencies that could impact safety of staff and the facilities. Throughout his career Robert has held firm to the belief in being proactive and his belief in being responsible with the environment. Robert is also a journeyman plumber and a certified gasfitter.

Robert holds a valid real estate license in both British Columbia and Alberta. As vice-president of Monimos Robert is responsible for the daily operations of Monimos and wears the hat of Chief Operations Officer. Robert has been involved with project development on Vancouver Island for the past few years where he has managed to coordinate and implement investment strategies and the associated documentation to create the rezoning of lands, which will eventually be a 14-story tower with a build budget of $30 million.
