As a developer and realtor since 1978 Chris brings his years of experience to the Monimos team as the founder and President. Throughout his 32 years in the business he has developed, built, and sold numerous properties throughout the lower mainland and Vancouver Island. Examples of these projects include, but are not limited to a 70 lot subdivision in Nanaimo (2008-2010), 18 lots in Fraser Heights, 23 lots in Fleetwood, 12 lots in Bear Creek, and The Corvette Tower in Esquimalt (2008-2009). Currently, he is working on developments such as The Legion High-rise Tower in Esquimalt, a 7 lot subdivision in North Surrey and three duplexes in Sooke.

Although Chris has been able to garner significant success in this industry, it does not mean that he is solely focused on ‘closing the deal’. Chris is an avid skier and is a level two ski instructor. He enjoys giving lessons in the winter season and uses this time to help maintain his health and fitness. He also enjoys softball, boating along the beautiful B.C. coast, playing guitar and being with friends and family. He is especially proud of his two children who are currently attending Simon Fraser University.
