As a current student of Business Administration, Carley is working on completing her Bachelor degree at Simon Fraser University in 2010. Her focus during her degree has been on Human Resource Management and International Business. During the past four years she has completed courses which include business communication, commercial law, marketing, business ethics, and leadership. At Monimos Equities and Developmentss her skills and knowledge are utilized in the roles of sales and marketing. Her future goals including obtaining her Masters in Business as well continuing her growth as both a professional and individual.

Throughout her career Carley has developed interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, has obtained organizational and administrative experience as well as leadership and problem solving capabilities and has the ability to work well in teams, as well as on her own. As a protégé Carley has begun to develop her skills in the real estate industry and is working towards obtaining her real estate license. In addition to her professional and academic experience, Carley also brings her volunteer experience to the Monimos team which has including formal training in team building, diversity awareness, professional motivation and team leadership.

In her free time Carley enjoys playing softball, taking voice lessons, jogging, going to the gym, boating, skiing, and spending time with friends and family.
